This position is responsible for bringing units up to and maintaining market ready condition in accordance with Price Brothers standards. Responsible for coordinating and managing the vendor schedule and make ready technicians by evaluating the work needed to complete for each apartment.

Salary Range: $14-18 hourly based on experience and property assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Assign and schedule work orders to Make Ready Maintenance Technicians and outside contractors
• Evaluates apartment condition at move out and assigns charges for needed repairs, replacements, damages, and cleaning
• Obtains bids and/or proposals to effectively assign charges
• Follow-up on completed service requests and inspections to ensure service orders are completed
• Inform Maintenance Supervisor and Manager of needed services and repairs
• Ensure required reports are completed and delivered on a timely basis
• Maintain an excellent customer service relationship with all residents and fellow associates

Skills need to succeed:

• Knowledge of general maintenance (i.e., electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of building trades and building codes
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong human relations and customer service skills, with the ability to maintain professional image
• Computer proficiency
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
• Ability to work with little direction maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
• Ability to supervise and manage personnel, vendors and tasks

Experience needed:

• 2 years property management experience
• A valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state
