PRI is Hiring a Traveling Superintendent Near Salt Lake, UT

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise all construction activities on-site
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure their work meets quality standards
- Implement and enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera or similar software
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality control
- Collaborate with project managers to address any issues or delays promptly
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore for project documentation
- Lead pre-construction meetings and provide input on project planning
- Utilize Bluebeam or similar software for document management
- Oversee construction estimating and budgeting using tools like HeavyBid

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
- Familiarity with ProCore or similar project management software
- Proficiency in Primavera for project scheduling
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
