Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in construction estimating, project management, and cost control.

Duties:
- Utilize HeavyBid software to prepare accurate estimates for construction projects
- Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate project pricing
- Develop detailed proposals and contracts for clients
- Monitor project costs throughout the construction process

Requirements:
- Proven experience in construction estimating and project management
- Proficiency in HeavyBid software and Bluebeam
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing from vendors
- Knowledge of contract administration and build processes
- Ability to price projects accurately based on specifications and requirements
