As The El Espacio 23 Programs Assistant, your rule includes but is not limited to:

• Assist in the scanning, digitizing and filing of art books for El Espacio 23 library

• Serve as visitor services representative, welcome visitors and give tours of the space when we are open the public

• Serve as a liaison between artists in residence at El Espacio 23 and staff (welcome artists, provide welcome packets, go over plan for materials they need, serve as a liaison between artists and local arts institutions, collectors and curators)

• Manage calendar of events at El Espacio 23 and El Espacio 23 residency and open studio calendar

• Assist in digital marketing for El Espacio 23 (work on improving mailing list, implement more effective email marketing/invitation system, work on evites for events, assist in schedule for social media posts)

• Assist Director and Curator in administrative tasks such as database management

• Assist in updating artist files

• Assist in gathering editorial information and hi resolution images for exhibition catalogues

• Gather information on exhibitions, events and artists in residence to update El Espacio 23 website
