Position Overview
The Reporting Specialist I is responsible for the delivery of the finalized clinical report to the client through various delivery methods, including portal upload (myPrevent), e-mail, fax, and in some instances mail.
The Reporting Specialist I is also responsible for final verification of report veracity (appropriate signatures on the report, report demographic information, physician information and credentials) before transmission.
Location : The Reporting Specialist I will work onsite.
Shift : Wednesday-Sunday from 9AM-5 : 30PM

Salary Range :
$31,000.00 - $49,000.00The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Marshfield on a full-time basis.
In addition, this position is bonus eligible, and is eligible to receive company stock upon hire as well as annually.
