Job Description:
The Contingency Management Program Manager plays a vital role in overseeing and coordinating the Contingency Management (CM) program across multiple divisions within Prevention Links. This individual will collaborate closely with our partner, DynamiCare, to ensure seamless integration of CM modules and support services for program participants. Reporting to the Community Prevention Division Director, the Manager will be responsible for program coordination, documentation oversight, and internal support service coordination. The goal of the Contingency Management Program is to increase participant engagement in various recovery support programs offered at Prevention Links and increase success of recovery for participants.
Responsibilities:
Program Coordination:
Oversee the implementation and execution of the Contingency Management program across Recovery Support, Prevention, and NJ4S divisions.
Collaborate with DynamiCare to ensure participants are enrolled and supported on the DynamiCare portal for CM modules.
Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth program operations and participant engagement.
Documentation Oversight:
Manage documentation processes within the Recovery Data Platform (RDP) for all CM program services.
Regularly audit documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Implement improvements to documentation procedures as needed to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
Internal Support Service Coordination:
Coordinate internal support services, such as counseling, case management, and peer support, to complement the CM program.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely and comprehensive delivery of support services to program participants.
Collaborate with program staff to address participant needs and optimize program outcomes.
Communication and Reporting:
Maintain open communication channels with program staff, stakeholders, and partner organizations to facilitate program success.
Provide regular updates and reports to the Community Prevention Division Director on program performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, public health, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Experience in coordinating substance use disorder programs or related services.
Knowledge of Contingency Management principles and best practices.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in documentation management systems and software.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as needed.
