We are hoping to find a team member who is looking to start a transition into a group private practice by June 2024. We take care of all your credentialing and marketing, so by the time you are ready to see clients, you have a vibrant caseload that is tailored to the population you want to see.

We are independently owned and you will get to work next to other great mental health professionals, not just be another employee.

We offer W2, health insurance, and a possible signing bonus.

Our dedicated front and back office team will spoil you and take care of all administrative tasks so you can focus on what's important, client care.

$60 - $80 hourly

• Looking to slowly transition into private practice starting in June 2024.
• Maintain all CEUs required to keep your state license valid.
• Fully licensed Psychologist only.
• Perform therapeutic counseling/therapy for the specific population that you enjoy serving. We will discuss the population you feel the most comfortable with and if you have any specialties.
• After sessions, client notes, treatment plans, safety plans, or continuity of care must be completed.
• After-school/work hours and working with different populations will help create a solid caseload.
• Client sessions are in-office at our physical location in Conroe, TX.
• W2, health insurance, and possible signing bonus. We also take care of insurance credentialing.
• No need to market yourself. We are established and have health referral sources.
• We cover your Malpractice Insurance.
• Salary options are available.
• No Administrative tasks. Enjoy seeing the type of clients you want to see, write your notes, and go home.

• Doctorate Degree in Psychology.
• Licensed in Texas as Licensed or Clinical Psychologist.
• Working with a diversified age and client population will determine full-time or part-time caseload.
• Provide clinical therapy for children 6 , adolescents, adults, families, and marriage/couples.
• Additional certifications or experience is a plus! Play Therapy, Directive Play Therapy, EMDR, DBT, etc.
