Coral Springs Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in beautiful Wilmington, DE is currently hiring for a Registered Nurse Unit Manager.
This position is a salary position and pays up to $95,000 based upon experience.
This RN Unit Manager position is primarily Monday through Friday with a rotating Nurse on Call.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Registered Nurse Unit Manager will assist with patient’s examinations and/or questions.
- The Registered Nurse Unit Manager will implement and interpret organizational policies.
- The RN Unit Manager will attend daily clinical meetings with the nurse management team.
- The RN Unit Manager will supervise the nurses and nurse aides on the unit.
- The Registered Nurse Unit Manager will ensure proper documentation is being completed.
- The RN Unit Manager will participate in care plans with the clinical team.
