Richboro Rehab and Nursing Center in beautiful Richboro, PA is looking for Full time and Part time Registered Nurse Supervisors to join our Team!

This position pays Up to $45 per hour!

 Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• The Registered Nurse Supervisor assists in directing and supervising the implementation of the resident care plan, including but not limited to: ensuring use of appropriate safety devices, positioning and toileting plans, infection control measures.

• The Registered Nurse Supervisor assists in coordinating and supervising all services on assigned units to achieve a comfortable and homelike atmosphere for the residents.

• The Registered Nurse Supervisor regular rounds on nursing units that includes but is not limited to: checking in with staff and residents, and greeting all new admissions.

• The Registered Nurse Supervisor prepares/administers performance reviews for shift staff in consultation with unit managers; provide correction/re-education to shift staff as needed.
