This position is 11p-7:30a Saturday and Sunday!

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Registered Nurse Supervisor assists in directing and supervising the implementation of the resident care plan.
The Registered Nurse Supervisor assists in coordinating and supervising all services on assigned units to achieve a comfortable and homelike atmosphere for the residents.
The Registered Nurse Supervisor regularly rounds on nursing units that includes but is not limited to: checking in with staff and residents, and greeting all new admissions.
- The Registered Nurse Supervisor assists in creating a team-oriented atmosphere that enhances resident care and quality of life.
- The Registered Nurse Supervisor prepares/administers performance reviews for shift staff in consultation with unit managers; provide correction/re-education to shift staff as needed.
