CONFIDENTIAL Skilled Nursing Facility in Kent County, DE is hiring a experienced Director of Nursing to organize and oversee all nursing operations of the facility. 

The candidate must have a Valid DE Registered Nursing License.

Responsibilities

• The Director of Nursing will direct, oversee, and evaluate all nursing personnel (Unit Managers, RN, LPN, CNA etc.)
• The DON will guide staffing procedures.
• The Director of Nursing will set objectives and long-term goals for the nursing department.
• The DON will organize and coordinate admission, nursing, and patient care procedures.
• The Director of Nursing will develop and enforce policies aiming for legal compliance and high-quality standards.
• The Director of Nursing will manage record-keeping procedures.
• The DON will collaborate with other departments and professionals to streamline operations.
