Rosewood Gardens Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in beautiful Broomall, PA is currently hiring for Full Time and Part Time Registered Nurses.

This position is for a full time 12 hour Registered Nurse (RN) working 7pm-7am shift on our Rehabilitation Unit.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• The Registered Nurse provides nursing care to patients as assigned.

• The RN administers and records medications and treatments as assigned.

• The RN prepares for and assists Physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments.

• The Registered Nurse reinforces support and provides health care instructions to patients and their families.

• The Registered Nurse participates with other team members in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities.

• The RN assists in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.

• The Registered Nurse observes and reports patients’ vital signs, symptoms and general condition to the appropriate individual(s).

• The Registered Nurse records on patient charts observation of patient’s responses to nursing care rendered.

• The RN maintains environmental conditions conducive to the comfort and safety of patients.

• The RN assists with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned.
