Pinnacle Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in beautiful Smyrna, DE is currently hiring Maintenance/EVS Director to join our facility.

This position pays Up to $85,000 per year based upon experience.

The primary purpose of your position is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operations of the Maintenance and EVS Departments in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards guidelines, and regulations governing our Facility and as may be directed by the Administrator, to assure that our Facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner. 

The Maintenance/EVS Director will complete reports and recommendations to the Administrator, as necessary or required, concerning the operations of the Maintenance and EVS Departments. 

The Maintenance/EVS Director will assist in establishing a preventive maintenance program. 

The Maintenance/EVS Director will ensure the Environment Services team is ensuring the following is completed:

• Clean and service public/common areas and private Resident areas in accordance with established health, hygiene, and appearance policies and regulations (including safety and risk management) and in order of priority established by supervisor.
