Responsibilities:

• Support in managing relationships with leading national retailers such as Zappos and Nordstroms.
• Handle wholesale inquiries, providing timely updates on order status, shipping, and product availability.
• Assist retailers via inbound calls, offering detailed product information, competitive pricing, and personalized order support.
• Collaborate with the product team to streamline sample management and production processes.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives, including coordinating in-store events and representing Naot at national trade shows.
• Utilize Excel proficiency to organize and analyze sales data, contributing to informed decision-making.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor, with a genuine passion for customer service.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Full-time availability, with the ability to work on-site in Melville, NY.
