We are currently hiring for a FULL TIME Concierge/Guest Services
This position is responsible for greeting and responding to the needs of our residents, families and visitors by providing excellent customer service and assistance in a timely manner. This is NOT a front desk/receptionist position.
We are seeking a candidate that can work weekends
Your duties will include, but not limited to:
- Conducting tours of the building for potential admissions
- Checking to make sure all rooms are ready for admissions
- Making residents and families very comfortable and addressing any concerns
- Assisting getting any medical equipment needed for room
- Communicating with staff of any concerns or problems
- Completing Admissions documentation for the residents/families
We are looking for:

- Someone with the ability to problem solve
- Someone with a fantastic work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Basic computer skills are a MUST
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility , hospital or assisted living is a plus
