Atlantic Shores Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in beautiful Millsboro, DE is looking for an experienced nursing home Admissions Director who will lead a busy admissions office in achieving effective and efficient departmental operations.

The Admissions Director will:

• Process admission inquiries; provide facility tours; interact with external marketing staff and hospital case managers
• Track and record internal data for admissions and discharges
• Maintain daily and monthly census reports and reporting
• Prepare for new admissions and report anticipated admissions
• The Admissions Director represents the facility at community events, open houses other special and public relation events
• Oversee a staff that includes admission coordinator and customer service personnel
