Manufacturing company in need of a Customer Service Representative to join our office staff. Detail oriented positions.

Duties may include but are not limited to:

• Obtaining customers information and specifications for entering orders into system
• Verifying customer and order information for correctness
• Submitting entered orders for review
• Correcting mistakes on entered orders if any are found
• Communication with customers via telephone and email
• Answering phones
• Addressing/resolving customer concerns
• Providing information about products and services
• Assisting in other capacities as requested
