We’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Insurance Support Specialist with a 4-40 license to join our team and assist our 2-20 licensed agents. In this role, you will play a crucial part in submitting deals to the market, providing exceptional customer service, handling paperwork efficiently, making outgoing calls, and conducting policy audits.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with 2-20 licensed agents to submit insurance deals to the market promptly.

• Deliver top-notch customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.

• Manage paperwork with precision to ensure a smooth and compliant workflow.

• Conduct outgoing calls to clients for follow-ups, updates, and additional information.

• Perform policy audits to maintain accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Possession of a valid 4-40 insurance license.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with insurance policies and procedures.
