Position Overview

• Supporting the agents and the sales team by greeting the clients on the phone.
• Answering clients’ questions about the policies and billing, resolving service concerns, documenting customer requests.
• Processing payments.
• Handling agency correspondence and mailings.
• Answering clients' emails and emailing documents.
• Issuing proof of insurance
