RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Organize tools and equipment in company vehicles.

· Drive company vehicles to various job sites and perform demolition of old flooring.

· Assist with installs by cutting and trimming boards, when necessary.

· Deliver wood bundles to a job site, rack out, and nail up the flooring.

· Assist with sanding a project by troweling the floor with filler and buffing.

· Hand sand edges and clean with a backpack vacuum.

· Wipe floors with cleaner and coat floor with finish.

· Maintain a clean and organized job site.

· Comply with safety requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

Drug-Free Work Environment

Physically fit and able to lift 100 pounds, periodically.

Reliable transportation to/from work.

COMPENSATION:

$19.00/Hour w/90-day and annual reviews.

Opportunity for Overtime Pay.

LIFTING REQUIREMENTS:

Lifting to 100 lbs., occasionally.
