PRESTIGE FINANCIAL SERVICES is Hiring a Documents Maintenance Specialist Near Draper, UT

Full time in office Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm (*Flexible schedule after training); $16/Hour

Your Role: As a Documents Maintenance Specialist are responsible for covering the front desk, processing incoming and outgoing mail, imaging and validating company documents and preforming regular audits on our secure documents. 

Responsibilities:

  • Authenticate, track, organize and maintain company documents
  • Complete document-related audits, file moves, updates and corrections
  • Assist with processing, tracking & delivering of all company mail
  • Pick up mail from USPS- sort and deliver
  • Sort, prepare, scan and validate documents correctly and accurately
  • Ensure that imaged documents are legible and accessible to employees
  • Protect the legal, financial and moral well-being of the company
  • Other tasks assigned by management

Proficiencies:

  • Builds and delivers solutions that meet customer expectations
  • Is effective in a variety of communication settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels
  • Has a track record of exceeding goals successfully
  • Shows consistency between words and actions

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or the equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Ability to use office equipment and computers.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Effective time management and ability to multi-task.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to remain stationary for continuous periods of time. Constantly operate a computer and phone. Frequently communicates with customers, coworkers, and managers about accounts. Able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
