Your Role:

As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greet and assist patients with a friendly and professional attitude
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Manage phone calls and emails with grace
• Maintain patient records and ensure HIPPA compliance
• Collaborate with our dental team to ensure smooth operations
