Prestige Care is Hiring a Regional Recruiter - Regional Talent Acquisition Partner Near Vancouver, WA

Work remotely supporting our nursing facilities by working together to help them build their teams!

The best candidate would be personable, driven, people oriented, and live in Oregon or Washington State with the ability to travel to skilled nursing centers in these states as needed. 
Status: Full Time/Exempt
Hours: Monday - Friday
Full Wage Range: $75k - $95k DOE and experience with Prestige

What does the RegionalTalent Acquisition Partner do?

In this role, you will oversee and help guide the talent acquisitionprogram for a segment of our skilled nursing care centers in Oregon, Washington,Idaho, and/or Nevada. You will collaborate with local leaders to help drive thefull-cycle recruiting process by conducting ongoing QA, training, support, coldsourcing, employer branding development, and all things talent acquisition. In this job, everyday you will

1. Conducts comprehensive recruiting reviews and developsstrategic recruiting plans per location in collaboration with local andregional leadership. Assists in execution of recruiting plan, monitorseffectiveness and revises plan as necessary.

2. Trains community and center leaders onrecruiting process, systems, expectations, resources, and best practices.

3. Creates recruiting network and relationshipsthroughout local geographic areas and the industry by utilizing networkingopportunities and attending career fairs and community events. Builds communityawareness of Prestige Care’s employment brand, career opportunities, andbenefits.

4. Serves as a subject matter expert and point ofcontact for assigned locations for recruitment and staffing needs. Providesexemplary customer service by responding to team member inquiries.

5. Assists assigned locations with the full-cyclerecruiting process including sourcing, hiring and onboarding qualifiedcandidates.

6. Cold source candidates to work in skillednursing care centers.

7. Manages, tracks and reports on key recruitmentmatrices and records data in appropriate platforms.

8. Collaborates with departments includingoperations, clinical, human resources, and IT to drive comprehensive recruitingand staffing results.

Education & Experienceyou need to qualify:

  • You will need to have a Bachelor’s Degree inBusiness Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field, orequivalent applicable experience required. PHR, SHRM, AIRS, or CHCRprofessional certification(s) preferred. Healthcare talent acquisition,specifically in the skilled nursing/post-acute area of healthcare stronglypreferred.
  • 3 years of full-cycle talent acquisition/recruitingexperience is required. Multi-location, training and healthcare experiencepreferred. Proficient knowledge of EEOC, OFCCP and employment law. Ability towork independent. Prior experience with an Applicant Tracking System and CRM ishighly preferred.

PTO:
SNF/AL/PCI Salary: Accrue PTO at rate of 0.0615/hour during their first year/16 days.
SNF/PCI Hourly: Full-time and Part-Time team members (over20 hours/week) accrue PTO at rate of 0.0423/hour during their first year.
