REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 years nursing home experience is a must
• Strong assessment and organizational skills
• Ability to Multi-task and work under time constraints
• Demonstrate proactive approach to intake management
• Proficient in Microsoft office

Compensation depending on experience $26-$30 hourly 

DUTIES:

• Coordinates and facilitates the admissions process and marketing of the home.
• Collaborate with facility administrators and nursing directors to support admission needs
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with community members, hospital leadership, discharge coordinator and all other admission sources to generate consistent admission and referral sources.
• Guide the department to ensure strong customer, referrer, and payer satisfactions, while maintaining appropriate market penetration, positive public image and average daily census goals.
• Understand the admissions process including policy, procedures, assessments & paperwork requirements
• Maintain knowledge of regulations governing Medicare/Medicaid/Managed Care reimbursement processes
