Prestige Care Centers is Hiring a Director of Admissions Near Plattsmouth, NE

Position Summary
Develops, plans, coordinates, organizes, and directs the Social Services, Admissions, and Marketing for the Prestige Care Center of Plattsmouth according to established company policies and procedures, standards, and guidelines; current federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing the Social Services department; and as directed by the administrator by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate team members.In this role, you will:

  • Assist with the resident/patient admission process.
  • Develop, plan, coordinate, direct, organize, schedule, communicate, and implement the Social Service program/services.
  • Act as a liaison between and confer with the resident/patients and their family/representative and community team members
  • Prepare and plan the Social Services and marketing budget for supplies, labor, and other social services areas for the Administrator/Manager to review and approve.

- Strong program management skills, including developing, implementing, and evaluating programs.- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.- Knowledge of budgeting principles and experience managing budgets.- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.- Ability to supervise and lead a team of social services professionals.- Experience in program development and evaluation.

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, or related field, and/or NHCA 36-hour Social Services Designee course.
  • One year of related experience and/or training in long-term care and/or social work is preferred.
  • Will maintain required credits by licensure requirements as needed.
  • Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
