Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Press Operator to join our team. The Press Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of presses to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.

Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic power presses to punch to form our parts
- Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions and make adjustments as needed

-Set up dies in machines

-Coordinate regular maintenance of dies

-Maintain die maintenance and quality control records
- Perform quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet company standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all time

Skills:

- Proficiency in operating press machinery such as CNC, electrical discharge machining, etc.
- Ability to use tools like micrometers, hand tools, and other equipment necessary for the job
- Experience in sheet metal fabrication, welding, and assembly
- Knowledge of programming press machines for specific tasks
- Strong attention to detail for quality inspection processes
