Pressure Wash Carolina is hiring for Lead Techs (in Pressure Washing and Window Cleaning)

Role: Lead Technician

Pay range: Lead Tech 15-25/hr based on experience plus commissions, bonuses, and tips

MUST have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation, be punctual, live within 30 miles of Center City Charlotte, NC and be willing to have a full DMV, criminal background check and reference check run before hire.

Who You Are

• You're a master of client satisfaction, always ready to assist our clients
• You're mechanically inclined, with a knack for problem-solving real time on site
• You have experience in pressure washing and window cleaning and leading others IF applying for the LEAD position
• You can hustle on site and work with an attention to time and quality
• You're detail-oriented, keeping a sharp eye on the task at hand and if it's not clean we are not done, our motto is "It's not clean until you say it is!"
• You're a seasonal worker, able to work outdoors Monday-Saturday every other weekend and in days mother nature cooperates and it's not inclement weather
• You are ready to tackle new challenges and bring your unique personality, team oriented philosophy, servant driven mentality and your expertise to the table
