Position Summary

The Registered Nurse utilizes Comprehensive Nursing Assessments to identify youth's physical, emotional, and behavioral needs and implements nursing interventions and evaluations that are age appropriate and therapeutically sound.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Functions as liaison with non Pressley Ridge health care providers, including primary care, specialists, and mental health providers.
• Supervises procedures for medication administration.
• Initiates referrals where necessary for routine physical and dental examinations and immunizations.
• Provides in-service/training as required
• Demonstrates knowledge of proper documentation and charting procedures and completes in a timely manner.
• Utilizes data for decision making and performance improvement
