Source infill lots through various acquisitions channels
Fill out purchase contract templates
Utilize inhouse due diligence checklist for infill lot acquisitions
Network with wholesalers, investors, and brokers
Learn the market value for land in various regions
Complete all other duties as assigned by manager
Maintain professional demeanor in all interactions and communications
