Experienced Cleaner (Cleaning Manager) - Residential, Commercial, and/or Vacation Rental Cleaning

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in residential, commercial, and/or vacation rental cleaning. We seek a dedicated individual to lead our cleaning operations. As a Cleaning Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of our facilities meet and exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of cleaners, providing guidance, training, and support. Schedule and coordinate cleaning staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operations. Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement improvement plans as necessary.

Operational Management: Oversee and manage day-to-day cleaning operations for residential, commercial, and vacation rental properties. Develop and implement cleaning schedules, ensuring tasks are completed to the highest standards. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, coordinating restocking as needed.

Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure all cleaning tasks meet company standards and client expectations. Address and resolve client concerns or issues promptly and effectively.

Training and Development:Organize and conduct training sessions for cleaning staff, focusing on best practices and safety protocols. Stay informed about new cleaning techniques, products, and industry trends.

Budget Management: Assist in budget planning for cleaning supplies and labor costs.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Cleaning: Perform cleaning tasks with precision, focusing on bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.

• Provide efficient and meticulous cleaning services to ensure a welcoming environment for clients and guests.
• Execute general cleaning duties such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cleaning Manager or in a similar managerial role.
• Experienced cleaner in residential, commercial, and/or vacation rental settings with references.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs.
• Complete a mandatory paid 2-day training before starting employment.
• Ability to work weekdays and/or weekends between 8 am - 5 pm.
• Must pass a background check and drug test to start employment.
• Possess qualities of attention to detail, quick learning ability, reliability, and punctuality.
• Reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or training in cleaning management.
• Experience in managing cleaning operations for residential, vacation, and/or commercial properties.
• Familiarity with eco-friendly and sustainable cleaning practices.
• Bi-lingual (spanish)

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
