PMI is currently looking for a passionate individual to join our team at the Corporate Office in South Portland, ME as our Community and Engagement Specialist. The Communications & Engagement Specialist is tasked with telling Preservation Management’s story to our external stakeholders, partners, residents, and prospective employees through a variety of platforms. They will also build engagement with our internal programs, with special focus on the training department, including providing administrative and logistical support to the Training Department.

Specific duties include:
· Proactively monitor and manage PMI’s online presence.
· Develop and maintain strategic content for PMI’s website, ensuring that the information is updated, relevant, and accesses a variety of audiences.
· Develop a social media strategy to continue to promote PMI and our managed properties as desirable places to work and to live.
· Working with design vendors, collaborate to develop marketing collateral for our properties, to be available in the PMI webstore.
· Manage PMI’s SharePoint intranet environment, including maintaining an editorial calendar to ensure department input, creating content to engage employees, and developing strategy for maximizing the usefulness and reach of this platform.
· Write and edit PMI’s newsletter. Solicit and generate content that will interest, educate, and celebrate employees and provide an opportunity for connection across a wide geographic reach.
· Spearhead a variety of efforts to incentivize and engage PMI employees in company-wide training, volunteer, and participation opportunities.
