The reason you are applying for an IVP card is to be a non-certificated public school employee. Make sure you check that box.
Following completion of your application with DPS you will be directed to a link with Field Print. You must create an account with them as well and schedule your actual fingerprinting.
Currently there is not a local Field Print location. You will have to go to Sedona or possible Flagstaff. We are hopeful Field Print will set up a location here very soon.
Check the account on DPS after your fingerprints are done for notification that you have been issued a valid IVP Fingerprint Card; at that point we can move forward with the new hire onboarding process.
