Service Contract Sales Representative based in Monument, CO

This is an entry level inside service contract sales rep role within the healthcare industry! We are fast paced company, with an outstanding reputation! Where there is continued growth, comes opportunity. You will be cold calling on new accounts, providing customer with contract quotes, building customer relationships. What You Will Do

• Providing customers quotes for different Service Contract options Prescott’s provides.
• Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
• Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.
• Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs.
• Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
• Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
• Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
• Provides periodic territory sales forecasts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 0-2 years sales experience
• Valid Drivers License required
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required
• Strong interpersonal skills to be able to communication solutions to customers
• Problem solver who can think creatively to get to a solution
• Competitive with a strong work ethic!
• Strong organizational skills
• Basic computer skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
