Job Description

Prescient Edge is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to support a Federal government client.

As a Deputy Program Manager, you will:

  • Act as an alternate for the Program Manager when he/she is absent.
  • Be responsible for the performance of the contract, including ensuring that all deliverables are produced on time and with high quality.
  • Support and manage personnel on the program.
  • Ensure compliance with all site and contract specific security policies and procedures.

Job Requirements
  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
  • Willing to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated (NDI) on a pre-appointment and periodic basis
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) or equivalent
  • Must be a graduate of any of the following Military Intelligence Certifying Courses:
    • Army – Counterintelligence Special Agent Course (CISAC)
    • Army – 351L Course (or its predecessor)
    • Army – 35E Course (or its predecessor)
  • Minimum 4 years of management experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a credentialed CI Special Agent or intelligence officer
  • Minimum 2 years of staff officer experience supporting an Intelligence organization, to include maintaining accountability of staffing actions, organizing senior-level meetings and briefings, coordinating personnel actions, and disseminating information across the command
  • Understanding of CI investigations, operations, and intelligence analysis
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a high-operational tempo environment
  • Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
  • Ability to perform other duties, responsibilities, and activities as needed
  • College education cannot be used in lieu of experience
