Drivers operate Community or leased/rented motor vehicles in order to complete a variety of pick-up, delivery, and other assignments in order to meet business and resident needs.

What we are looking for:

We need Drivers who are safe and responsible who will help our residents by supporting their daily living needs and developing trusting, caring relationships. Our Drivers are required to:

  • Have at least 6 months of experience in a transportation-related role and a current, valid PA Driver's License;
  • Be able to effectively interact with residents, resident families, and team members using excellent customer service skills;
  • Be certified in CPR/First Aid and AED operation.

Pennsylvania Department of Human Services Direct training must be completed during orientation, if not already certified.

CDL with passenger endorsement is preferred.
