The Clinical Manager for MyAgency Healthcare Staffing serves as assistant to the Senior Director in the daily operations and strategic work of MyAgency. The role will also work with the Scheduling Teams in the Presbyterian SeniorCare Network Care Communities as the Lead Scheduling Supervisor.

What we are looking for:

We need a proven leader who will help our team members and other Network and MyAgency leaders as they support the daily living needs of our residents and who desire to develop trusting, caring relationships. Our Clinical Manager is required to:

  • Have an Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or technical school in administrative support, office management, or other relevant field and 2 years of experience or 4 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience; 
  • Exhibit a strong ability to multitask while working under pressure of deadlines, including flexibility in work schedule (overtime, etc.);
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills to support, advise, and influence others while maintaining confidentiality of assignments;
  • Be proficient with PC Internet software and Microsoft Office applications, including knowledge of database software and Human Resource systems. 

Prior business office management or accounting experience is preferred.
