Presbyterian Senior Living is Hiring a Personal care administrator Near Hollidaysburg, PA

The Personal Care Administrator is responsible to carry out the day-to-day personalcare operations. The PC Administratorestablishes and directs overall operations of community activities, bothinternal and external in order to provide excellent care to our residents.

The PC Administrator coordinates operationsto ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.

REQUIRED Licensure :

  • CurrentPC Administrator licensure, in state position is located
  • CurrentNursing Home Administrator (NHA) licensure, in state position is located

Qualifications :

  • LicensedPractical Nurse (LPN) or Social Work background strongly preferred
  • Previousexperience as a Nursing Home Administrator or PC Administrator preferred
  • Experiencein Long Term Care setting preferred
  • Demonstratedknowledge of federal, state and local regulations

Responsibilities and Expectations :

  • Responsiblefor meeting or exceeding occupancy and mix goals.
  • Overseeclinical services to ensure the highest quality of care and satisfactoryresident outcomes.
  • Accountablefor the direction, coordination and supervision of all activities within the HealthCenter.
  • Collaborate on annual budget andfiscal control of the community to meet budget targets.
  • Make recruitment recommendations anddecisions.
  • Participate in training, supervisionand discipline of staff.
  • Complete performance evaluations fordirect reports.
  • Act as a liaison between thecommunity and all outside agencies.
  • Endorse community in positive way tothe greater community.
  • Maintain and prepare records andreports as required by policies and regulations.
  • Ensure resident rights and smoothtransition throughout community.
  • Act as a catalyst for qualityimprovement.
  • Perform daily rounding on residentsand staff.
  • Promote effective marketing andpublic relations.
  • Remain compliant with all federal,state, local and corporate regulations.
