All About Caring Home Care, LLC. offers world class home care with small community values. We're looking for a Full Time OR Part Time Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. We have several clients available in the Twin Cities area. New grads welcome!

• Trach only
• 8-10 Hours a Day

Responsibilities

• Administer nursing care to client.
• Help maintain patients' treatment plans.
• Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior.
• Maintain accurate patient medical records.
• Provide advice and support to patients and their family members.

Qualifications

• Work from a place of caring and honoring the dignity of all clients.
• RN or LPN Minnesota License
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
