Summary:Proactively manages care of the transplant candidate and recipient along a continuum with the transplant teams. Coordinates the organ transplant process and is the resource person concerning all areas of the transplant process for both internal and external customers
Qualifications
Other information:Two to three years college level courses. Associate Degree/Diploma in Nursing. State of New Mexico Nursing License required. Three to five years of transplant or critical care experience required. Must be able to demonstrate the skills to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served
