-We are a state of the art, short-term skilled nursing facility! We are a 5-star rated facility, and we are looking for 5-star staff to join our team. We are looking for Day shift registered nurse RN at this time. Shift is 9-5:30pm
-We specialize in short-term transitional rehab care for patients that need care for several weeks before they return back home. We offer private suites for our patients to recover in as we nurse and rehab them back to health.
-We are currently accepting applications & resumes for a Full-time MDS Coordinator
-We are hiring a Nurse who is currently licensed in Utah and has current CPR and background clearance, with no restrictions on their license.
-Some of the main duties will be: processing MDS assessments on each patient, processing care plans on each patient, and also assisting with Nurse manager duties as needed.
-This position reports to the director of nursing in the facility
-We offer a great benefit package including, medical, dental, vision, 401k retirement plan with company match, and paid time off for full-time staff.
