Presbyterian Healthcare Services is Hiring a Radiographer-Radiology Near Espanola, NM

Overview

As the Radiographer and under the direction of a Radiologist with minimal supervision, performs radiographic procedures. Responsible for designated areas or procedures; performs procedures requiring independent judgment.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required. Associates degree preferred.
  • NM Radiography Technologist (RRT) License required.
  • ARRT R.T.(R) certification required 

Responsibilities

  • Performs imaging procedures, operating appropriate equipment. Processes imaging media, trouble shoots and corrects problems. Performs basic nursing care. Performs departmental clerical duties. Ensures patient s rights are protected. Participates in Performance Improvement. Assists with orientation of new personnel; supervises students during their clinical rotation. Promotes a safe environment.
