Summary:Serves as a hospice provider, offering clinical oversight on care of hospice patients, both inpatient and outpatient. Assists Hospice Medical Director with documentation for certifications to obtain hospice benefits for patients.
Responsibilities:
Credentials RequiredNurse Practitioner - Masters degree in Nursing, New Mexico Nurse Practitioner license, ANCC or AANP certification required.
