Position Overview: As an LPN at Foothills, you will play a crucial role in providing quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering medication and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitoring and assessing residents' health status, documenting observations, and reporting changes to the supervising nurse or physician.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in South Carolina.
• CPR certification and up-to-date clinical skills.
