Laurel Crest Retirement Community is looking for a compassionate Full Time Housekeeper with excellent cleanliness standards to join our growing ministry.

The hours are 8 - 4:30 Mon-Fri with an occasional weekend. This Full-time position includes a $1000 Sign On Bonus to be paid in increments.

The housekeeper duties will include, but not limited to:

• Performs general housekeeping duties in apartments, cottages, health center, common areas and hallways; such as: vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms. Clean kitchens, dust all cleared flat working surfaces. Follow a provided checklist for a thorough cleaning and complete particular requests of residents as directed by your supervisor.
• Must be able to operate a vacuum, work in confined spaces around furniture and breakable objects.
• Maintains all equipment and supplies in proper condition to include disinfecting equipment.
• Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements for this opportunity are:

• High School diploma or GED
• 1 year of related housekeeping experience in a long term care setting preferred
• Valid South Carolina driver’s license
