In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the highest quality standards for our new and ongoing development projects. Additionally, you will provide essential support to team members through our Freshdesk ticketing system, ensuring all internal software concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal support tickets in Freshdesk, offering prompt, friendly, and effective solutions to team members' issues.
• Perform QA testing on both new releases and current projects to identify any defects or areas for improvement, ensuring our software solutions meet high-quality standards.
• Create detailed, structured test plans and reports to facilitate the identification and resolution of software bugs.
• Organize and conduct training sessions for users on how to effectively use our systems and resolve common issues, aiming to enhance overall productivity and reduce future support tickets.
• Collaborate with the development team to communicate feedback from support tickets that may influence software improvements or bug fixes.
• Contribute to the creation and ongoing improvement of knowledge base articles to empower team members with self-service resources.
• Document and track support interactions and QA findings to aid in the continuous enhancement of our software and support services.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in customer support roles, preferably in the tech or software development sector, with a track record of handling support tickets efficiently.
• Familiarity with QA methodologies, tools, and processes, with the ability to conduct thorough software testing.
• Experience with Freshdesk or similar ticketing systems is highly desirable.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of conducting user training and producing clear, concise documentation.
• Independent worker with the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
