Job Title: Sales Representative - SEO Services

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our comprehensive suite of SEO services and generating leads independently. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proven track record in sales, and a deep understanding of digital marketing and SEO principles.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Business Development:

    • Prospect, pitch, and close deals with potential clients for our SEO services.
    • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
    • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' SEO requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific business objectives.
    • Present and demonstrate our SEO services to potential clients through compelling sales presentations and demonstrations.
    • Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  2. Lead Generation:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
    • Research and analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to identify potential areas for growth.
    • Utilize industry knowledge and networking skills to generate leads and referrals.
  3. Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and support.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
    • Collaborate with our SEO team to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
  4. Reporting and Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress using our CRM system.
    • Prepare regular reports and updates on sales performance, lead generation activities, and market trends for management review.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in selling digital marketing or SEO services.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Self-motivated and proactive individual with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and resources to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software
