A Retail Training Specialist is responsible for delivering training programs to field merchandisers to ensure consistent implementation of merchandising standards, product knowledge, and brand representation across designated territories

• Deliver comprehensive training programs and materials for field merchandisers, including manuals, presentations, and visual aids • Conduct on-site and virtual training sessions to educate field merchandisers on standards, product features, and promotional campaigns • Train field merchandisers on product placement, signage, and display techniques to maximize visual impact and sales • Provide hands-on coaching and feedback during store visits to reinforce training concepts and address performance gaps • Collaborate with field managers to identify training needs and prioritize skill development areas • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through metrics, observations, and feedback • Update training materials based on product changes, guidelines, and industry trends • Support new product launches and store resets with timely training sessions and resources • Serve as a subject matter expert on merchandising best practices, trends, and competitor activities • Foster a positive learning environment and culture of continuous improvement among field merchandisers • Cover open territories executing client-specific work How will you succeed?

• High school diploma/GED required • Prior retail experience and/or retail training experience is preferred • Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and be available for occasional weekend work Work Environment and Physical Requirements
