Duties:

- Provide direct care to patients in a nursing home setting
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications following prescribed guidelines
- Monitor and report changes in patient's health status
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care

Skills:

- Proficient in first aid techniques
- Ability to lift and move patients when required
- Experience in caregiving, particularly in senior care
- Knowledge of medical systems and procedures
- Competent in medication administration protocols
- Skilled in providing direct support to individuals with varying needs
