Premium 360 is not your standard efficiency company. We have the most innovative energy efficiency products on the market that lower our clients utility bills, make their homes more comfortable and add equity to their home. We even have ways of improving their overall health through improved home air quality.
We are looking for seasoned sales professionals to work in our ‘Dinner Program’ model of the business.
Your responsibilities will be to conduct follow up appointments with prospects after they attend a dinner seminar that introduces them to our products. Using a simple, proven process you will conduct a complimentary in home energy audit to determine their needs and interests and enable qualified homeowners to take advantage of our special seminar pricing and financing options.
New recruits will be required to travel a lot in the beginning but we expect most seasoned staff to work on 2 weeks and 2 weeks off rotation. (You will learn more about creating your schedule when you speak with us).
All travel is provided by the company with the exception of some gas and food. Details will be provided on our first interview call.
Primary job responsibilities include:

• Delivery of interactive sales presentations on eco-friendly, technology-driven, "green products" and services to homeowners

• Participation in ongoing sales training and coaching on a weekly basis

• Team building and mentorship

• Strategic sales skill set development

Qualifications:

• Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to establish rapport with a diverse group of clients with confidence and poise

• Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline

• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting

• Naturally outgoing and articulate individual who thrives in social settings • Previous sales experience preferred
INCOME:

• $60,000 - $85,000 average first-year compensation
