Job Overview:
Residential Construction Project Manager - Magnolia, TX Premium Builders, a leading home remodeling company in the Houston North area, is seeking an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of interior residential remodeling projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating subcontractors
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Effectively communicate with clients, subcontractors, and the internal team
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process
- Maintain detailed project documentation and records
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience managing subcontractors in interior residential construction projects
- Proven track record of successfully completing home remodeling projects
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work a schedule of weekdays from 8am to 5pm and Saturdays from 8am to 2pm
